The 24/7 support provides an extension to the Standard Cover Service for your NEC Communications System. The new service will provide emergency support outside the Standard Cover period and will cover service affecting faults and system equipment failures. The cover includes bank holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
